NCG has recently been awarded the Review and Capacity Assessment of Danish Refugee Council (DRC). The general objective of the consultancy is to assess DRC’s capacity and performance in delivering results under its engagement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), with the aim to stimulate learning and support relevant organisational development.
The specific objectives are to:
- Assess and validate programmatic results documentation by DRC for the period 2015-2018, based on a sample.
- Assess DRC’s overall strategic, organisational, programmatic and financial management capacity to achieve the results put forward in DRC’s engagement with the MFA.
The NCG team consists of Anne-Lise Klausen
as Team Leader and Organisational Development Expert, Lone Bildsøe Lassen
as Programme and Results Management Expert and Jonas Lövkrona as Financial Management Expert. The assignment includes desk-reviews, meetings, interviews and field missions to conduct research, gather information and issue recommendations. The field missions will be carried out in Jordan, Iraq and Kenya.
