Per Kirkemann



Per is a development planner with more than 30 years’ experience from multi-sectoral international development cooperation. His main assignments have alternated between development planning and capacity development, including institutional/organisational development and human resources development. A major aspect has been developing appropriate institutional structures and capacities, alongside planning and implementation of development programmes.

Per holds a B.Sc. in Civil & Structural Engineering, and has worked for a number of agencies including Danida, Sida, UN, EC, WB, EBRD, ADB, AfDB, Sida and Danida. Per has acted as team leader for smaller and larger teams on many occasions, and has held senior positions in both private and public sectors.
