The assignment focused on how to design a delivery model or models that enable C40 effectively to assist global south cities with the implementation of the priority actions in their respective Climate Action Plans (CAPs). CAPs have been prepared by the Global South cities with support from C40, while providing best practices from other cities on the climate action overall. The CAPs are prepared consistent with the Paris Agreement on Climate Change and with the intent of achieving emission neutral cities by 2050.
