Project Summary
The Danida Green Business Partnership Programme (DGBP) is a challenge fund by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs promoting green transitions and inclusive growth in developing countries. It supports partnerships between commercial and non-commercial entities to create innovative, market-driven solutions for climate and environmental challenges. DGBP focuses on leveraging private sector competencies to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly on climate change, biodiversity, and job creation.
NCG acts as the secretariate for the programme with overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the programme. Tasks include: operational management of the DGBP programme; implementation and management of the yearly call-processes; backstopping and technical support to partnerships; knowledge management, lessons learned and dissemination; communication and outreach; financial management support and control. The total contract value is DKK 12.300.000.
