Project Summary
The Danida Market Development Partnerships (DMDP) and its successor, the Danida Green Business Partnership Programme (DGBP), are challenge funds established by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support partnerships between commercial and non-commercial entities. The programmes promote innovative, market-driven solutions that leverage private sector expertise to address issues such as climate change, biodiversity, and job creation, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals.
NCG serves as the secretariat for both programmes, managing their day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include operational management; implementation and oversight of yearly call processes; backstopping and technical support for partnerships; knowledge management, dissemination of lessons learned, and outreach; as well as financial management support and control. The total contract value is DKK 26.671.450.
