The Evaluation, Learning and Quality department (ELQ) of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) launched an evaluation of Danish support for improving framework conditions for Private Sector Development (PSD) in the Global South. 

The main objective of the evaluation was to document and analyse the relevance, coherence, effectiveness (focusing on outcomes/impact), efficiency (including value for money) and sustainability of the Danish support for improving the framework conditions for PSD from 2008- 2021.
