The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) was in 2017 launched as the largest EU supported programme in the area of anti-corruption in Ukraine to date. It aimed to provide a systemic and sustainable approach and support to the newly created anti-corruption institutions, as well as support to the State Financial Monitoring Service, an agency that has been working for a number of years in this field.

NCG was contracted to undertake a midterm review of Danish support to the EUACI, including a field mission to Ukriane to meet with key partners, such as National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Sepcialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, National Agency on Corruption Prevention, State Financial Monitoring Service, and the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Parliament.
