The Danish Peace and Stabilisation Programme for West Africa expanded on the geographical focus and reach of previous Danish programmes in Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, covering peace-building and stabilisation in conflict-critical border areas; the Liptako-Gourma region, with increased focus communities in border areas at risk  and capacity building of police and military authorities in coastal countries (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Benin and Togo)

NCG was commissioned to support the identification and formulation process, to develop the three-year programme, covering the period 2024 to 2027.
