Framework Agreement on Consultancy Services for Health and SRHR in Development Context

NCG is a consortium member under the Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services in Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in development cooperation, commissioned by Norad.

The framework is active for 2024–2028 and facilitates access to high-quality consultancy services in support of Norwegian global health and rights objectives.

The consortium is led by Hera (Germany), with NCG Sweden and NCG Denmark as consortium partners. The team provides support across two thematic areas:

• Area A: Global Health

• Area B: SRHR, Harmful Practices, and LGBTI+

  
  

The agreement provides Norad with flexible, on-demand access to expertise for: Strategic and technical advisory services, Programme reviews and evaluations (mid-term, final), Appraisals and assessments, Evidence generation and synthesis, Policy and partner support.
