New Assignment Won!

We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the reformulation of the Danish National Police (DNP) and UNODC projects under the Peace and Stabilisation Programme for West Africa into a joint project with a common results framework.

The assignment will support the Danish Embassy in Accra, DNP and UNODC in developing a more effective joint project modality, bringing the two existing projects together under a shared results framework, budget and implementation approach while maintaining their respective contractual identities.

Our work will include a diagnostic assessment of the existing projects, facilitation of a participatory reformulation process, development of a common Theory of Change and results framework, and preparation of a reformulated project document, budget, implementation plan and required contractual amendments.

We are look forward to contributing to stronger coordination, more efficient implementation and greater collective impact in support of regional law enforcement cooperation and capacities to address transnational organised crime and terrorism in West Africa.
