Formulation of Organisation Strategies for Denmark’s collaboration with the International Organisation of Migration (IOM) and the United Nations High-Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
New Assignment Won!
We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the formulation of updated Organisation Strategies for Denmark’s collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
The assignment will support Denmark’s Permanent Mission in Geneva in developing the new strategies for IOM for 2027–2030 and UNHCR for 2028–2031, providing the basis for continued Danish collaboration and financial support to the two organisations.
Our work will include analysis of previous strategies and evaluations, consultations with IOM, UNHCR and relevant Danish and international stakeholders, assessment of organisational effectiveness, risks and results, and identification of opportunities for stronger Danish engagement. Particular attention will be given to migration governance, forced displacement, localisation, climate, gender, human rights and the complementarity between IOM and UNHCR.
We are proud to contribute to shaping Denmark’s future strategic engagement with two of its key multilateral partners in addressing migration, displacement and refugee protection.
