New Assignment Won!

We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected by the World Diabetes Foundation (WDF) to conduct the External Mid-Term Review of the WDF–Novo Nordisk Foundation Framework Agreement.

The review will assess whether the Framework Agreement is on track to deliver on its ambitions, implementation plans and impact framework, while identifying lessons learned and recommendations for the remaining implementation period. Particular attention will be given to the effectiveness of the partnership, WDF’s operational capacity, organisational support, governance arrangements, and the wider impact of the framework model.

The assignment will combine document review, key informant interviews, selected thematic or country deep dives, and a validation workshop with WDF and the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

We are excited to contribute to strengthening this strategic partnership and supporting continued learning, accountability and effective action to advance NCD prevention and care for vulnerable populations in low- and middle-income countries.
