New Assignment Won!

We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to conduct the Mid-Term Review of the Support to Syria and Syria’s Neighbourhood (3SN) Programme 2024–2028.

The DKK 650 million programme supports refugees, internally displaced persons, returnees and affected local communities in Syria, Lebanon and Jordan, with a focus on protection, basic services and sustainable and dignified livelihood opportunities.

The review will assess the programme’s results, progress, challenges, evolving risks and emerging needs for adaptation in light of major contextual changes across the three countries. It will cover both the overall programme and its underlying projects and assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability in line with OECD-DAC criteria.

The assignment will combine document review, consultations with programme partners and key stakeholders, and field visits to Lebanon and Jordan, while activities in Syria will primarily be covered through virtual consultations.

We look forward to supporting the Ministry and the Embassy of Denmark in Beirut in identifying lessons and practical recommendations that can help the 3SN programme adapt to a rapidly changing regional context and continue delivering relevant support to displacement-affected communities.
