New Assignment Won!

We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the preparation of Denmark’s Organisational Strategy for engagement with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for 2027–2030.

Our team will assist the Department of Green Diplomacy and Climate (KLIMA) in analysing relevant background material, consulting with IFAD and other key stakeholders, and formulating both the Organisation Strategy and a Multilateral Partnership Agreement between Denmark and IFAD.

The assignment will consider IFAD’s mandate and comparative advantages, Danish priorities, organisational effectiveness, risk management, and cross-cutting issues including gender, youth and climate, drawing on relevant reviews, evaluations and stakeholder consultations.
