New Assignment Won!

We are excited to share that Nordic Consulting Group Denmark (NCG) has been selected to support the Climate Resilient Efficient Water Services (CREWS) project in Baku, Azerbaijan, focusing on the reduction of Non-Revenue Water (NRW).

The assignment will support the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency and United Waters in preparing a feasibility study for reducing water losses across Baku’s distribution network, where NRW currently represents around 48% of system input volume. The work will include technical diagnostics, development of an NRW reduction programme, institutional and financial assessments, and recommendations for strengthening water utility performance.

Our team will also provide procurement support for the selection of a Performance-Based Contract (PBC) operator, including market analysis, prequalification, preparation of bidding documents, and bid evaluation in accordance with World Bank procurement procedures.

We are proud to contribute to this important initiative, helping strengthen water service efficiency, reduce physical and commercial water losses, and support more resilient and sustainable water services for the citizens of Baku.
