Rago is a dedicated Finance Project Manager at NCG, with a strong interest in international development and effective financial and project management. His academic background in Economics and finance (BA)  and Global development studies (MSc)  gives him a strong interdisciplinary foundation that connects finance and economics with global development challenges. 

With experience spanning financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, project management, sustainability, and monitoring and evaluation, Rago brings a practical and analytical perspective to his work. He is particularly skilled at translating financial and development priorities into structured processes and actionable insights while working effectively across diverse professional and cultural contexts.

Rago’s interdisciplinary expertise and international perspective  enable him to contribute across the project life cycle with a  strong focus on financial oversight, quality, collaboration, and sustainable results. At NCG, he contributes to financial management and project implementation across the organisation and its international development portfolio, including financial reporting and controlling, budgeting, contract administration, invoicing, audit preparation, and support to projects and tender processes. He is motivated by applying sound financial and project management practices  to development initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.
