Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Business and Development Studies specialized in Latin America.
Responsible for leading and coordinating large tender processes, she oversees the acquisition and implementation of international development projects across various sectors and project phases. This includes coordinating with consultants, preparing budgets, and ensuring the quality of financial and technical proposals.
She manages workflow during the tender and project start-up stages, including contract negotiations with consultants, consortia agreements, and contract preparation with clients. She is responsible throughout the whole project life cycle for financial management, such as handling payments to consultants and from clients, and controlling contracts and support services for both internal and external consultants as well as maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients like Danida, Sida, Norad, and other European bilateral donor agencies, as well as national ministries, NGOs, and private sector entities.
