Ms. Camilla Strandsbjerg holds a PhD in social anthropology (2008) and has more than 20 years of experience in West Africa as a consultant, researcher, and project manager.
Her experience covers a range of crosscutting areas (Governance, Human Rights and Civil Society strengthening, Youth agency, Economic Growth, Climate Change, Conflict and Resilience) and approaches (feasibility studies, evaluations, reviews and programme design, etc.) with a specific focus on Youth driven change and gender sensitive approaches. She is specialized in qualitative research methods and analysis and has solid field experience (Sahel and coastal West Africa). She regularly collaborates with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, both as a team member and as a team leader and has extensive professional writing experience in both French and English.
