Mille Vinther
Junior Consultant
Mille Vinther is a Junior Consultant at Nordic Consulting Group specialising in democratic governance, civil society, youth engagement, and human rights. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Aalborg University. Mille has experience supporting evaluations, learning processes, stocktaking exercises, surveys, and analytical studies for bilateral donors, international organisations, and civil society actors. Her work focuses on monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), stakeholder engagement, and qualitative and mixed-methods research. She has contributed to assignments related to democracy, civic space, migration, poverty reduction, and social inclusion.
Prior to joining NCG, she worked with partnerships and resource mobilisation at UNICEF Denmark. Alongside her professional work, she has extensive experience in youth volunteering and leadership through the Danish Red Cross Youth. She is motivated by strengthening inclusive participation and generating evidence that contributes to meaningful and sustainable social impact. |
