Veronica is a Project Manager with an MSc in International Business and Politics and substantial experience managing complex public tenders in the private sector. She has under four years led end-to-end tender processes for large-scale public transport contracts of ca 500 million DKK per bid, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex requirements, documentation and deadlines. Her experience also includes presenting to and leading meetings with international boards, senior management and public clients. 

Veronica has a longstanding connection to NCG, having previously collaborated with the organisation through her MSc thesis, evaluating Danida Market Development Partnerships and their contribution to SDG 8. She has done volunteer work in Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Zambia. She serves on the board of a Nordic civil society organisation supporting Ukraine with veteran reintegration projects, working with international partnerships, strategic development and project management. She brings experience across sectors with a focus on contributing to sustainable development.
