Mikkel Bagger is the Head of Secretariat and Business Development Manager at Nordic Consulting Group (NCG). In these roles, Mikkel oversees the daily operations of the secretariat and plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

Mikkel holds an MSc in International Development Studies and has previously served as a Programme Officer at the Danish Embassy in Uganda, as well as worked as a financial consultant in the private sector.

In addition to his managerial and strategic responsibilities, Mikkel also works as a consultant on selected assignments. He is especially adept in areas such as private sector development, agriculture & rural development, and market systems development.
