Lars Christian is a senior international consultant with 25 years of experience with agriculture and the private sector in developing countries. He is experienced in programme formulation, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation. His programme experience includes public-private partnerships, value chain programmes, private sector organisation and advocacy, green growth, SME development and food systems advisory services. Furthermore, he has extensive experience from impact management and results measurement in relation to impact investing. 
 
Lars Christian has obtained extensive team leader experience from appraisal and reviews of agriculture and private sector development programmes. He also has experience from managing multi-stakeholder programme design and preparation processes as well as large evaluations.   
 
Lars Christian holds a M.Sc. in Agricultural Science and a B.A. in Political Science. He has substantial experience from countries in West, East and Southern Africa and in Southeast Asia. He has worked long-term on programmes in Tanzania and Mozambique.
